Age Verification Policy

Every product on this website contains nicotine. We sell only to adults aged 21 or older and check the age of every buyer before an order ships and again at delivery.

Minimum age

Under US federal law, the minimum age to buy any tobacco or nicotine product, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is 21. Where a state or local law sets additional restrictions, those apply as well. By entering this site you confirm that you are at least 21 years old; by placing an order you also confirm that the buyer and the person receiving the parcel are 21 or older.

Age verification at checkout

• Every order is age-verified before it ships, using the name, date of birth and billing/shipping address you provide.
• This may include an electronic check against independent data sources such as public records.
• If your age cannot be confirmed electronically, we will ask you for a clear photo of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID card or passport). The name and date of birth must match the order.
• Orders are held until verification is complete and are not shipped until it is.

Adult signature at delivery

Parcels are shipped with adult signature required. The carrier will hand the parcel only to a person aged 21 or older, who must sign for it and may be asked to show valid photo ID. Parcels will not be left at the door, in a mailbox or with anyone under 21. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or other addresses where an adult signature cannot be collected.

If verification fails

• If we cannot verify that the buyer is 21+, or verification is not completed within 7 days of our request, the order is cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method.
• If a parcel is returned because no adult aged 21+ was available to sign or the ID check at the door failed, it is handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
• Accounts that provide false age or identity information are closed, and attempted purchases by minors may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Buying for others

Products are sold for the buyer’s own personal use. Buying on behalf of, giving or reselling products to anyone under 21 is illegal and strictly prohibited.

How we handle verification data

Information used to confirm your age, including any ID image, is used only for age and identity verification and fraud prevention, is stored securely and is kept only as long as needed to meet our legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

For parents and guardians

If you believe a minor has bought or attempted to buy from us, please contact us immediately with as much detail as possible and we will investigate and cancel any open orders. Free filtering tools that block age-restricted websites are available from most internet service providers and device manufacturers.
